Company History
Maina Rogoi & Company Advocates was established in the year 2004. The firm has it’s head office at Old Mutual Building 4th Floor, Suite 415, along Kimathi Street.
The firm has qualified and practising Advocates. We are also Commissioners for Oaths, Notaries Public and Certified Public Secretaries [CPS (K)].
Maina Rogoi & Company Advocates was born with a vision of excellence in legal practice. Founded by Duncan K. Maina, the firm set up its first office on the 2nd floor of the iconic Old Mutual Building. With a passion for justice and an unwavering commitment to their clients, they quickly built a reputation for delivering exceptional legal services.
As the firm’s client base grew, so did the need for expansion. Five years after its founding, Maina Rogoi & Company Advocates took a bold step forward. The team moved to the 4th floor of the same Old Mutual Building, where an expanded floor space allowed for a larger team and more specialized practice areas. Now with five accomplished lawyers on board, the firm was (and is) poised to take on more complex cases and serve a broader range of clients.
Fast forward to the present, and Maina Rogoi & Company Advocates has become a pillar of legal expertise. What started as a small team of one lawyer and a few assistants on the 2nd floor has evolved into a dynamic legal powerhouse on the 4th floor, serving clients with the same dedication and integrity that has been the hallmark of the firm since day one.
